Our Programs and Servicesā

Psychological Consultā
- A one-hour video call session with a licensed psychologist to address emotional, behavioral, or personal concerns. This consultation can help with stress, relationship issues, and everyday challenges, while promoting mental wellness.

Psychiatric Consult
- A 60-minute online session with a licensed psychiatrist focused on assessing mental health conditions and, if needed, providing medical recommendations or prescriptions. Ideal for individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other psychiatric concerns.

Group Therapy
- A supportive and structured 90-minute video group session led by a licensed psychologist. Group therapy provides a safe space to share experiences, gain perspective, and learn coping strategies alongside others with similar challenges.
- The group will consist of 6ā8 participants. The session will only begin once the minimum number of 6 people is met.

Couples Therapy
- This 90-minute video call is designed for couples seeking to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship. Guided by a licensed psychologist, sessions promote mutual understanding and emotional connection.

Family Therapy
- A 90-minute online session aimed at helping families navigate conflicts, communication issues, or major life changes. Guided by a licensed psychologist, the session promotes healthier family dynamics and deeper understanding among members.
- At least two family members are required to start the session, with an additional fee of ā±1,000 for each extra participant, for a maximum of five members.

In-Patient Admission
- Our In-Patient Admission service is designed to provide individuals experiencing acute or complex mental health challenges with a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for recovery. Patients are cared for by a multidisciplinary team of licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff who collaborate to deliver personalized treatment plans.
- Admission includes 24/7 medical supervision, regular psychiatric consultations, therapeutic activities, medication management, and emotional support in a compassionate setting. Whether for crisis stabilization, intensive treatment, or long-term care, our goal is to support each patientās journey toward stability, healing, and reintegration into daily life.

Diagnostic/Clinical Psychological Testing
- A comprehensive two-hour psychological evaluation via video call, conducted by a licensed psychologist. This service includes structured assessments to understand emotional, cognitive, or behavioral functioning, aiding in diagnosis and treatment planning.

Employment/Educational Neuropsychological Testing
- A one-hour online testing session conducted by a licensed psychologist to evaluate cognitive and psychological readiness for work or school. This includes standardized assessments tailored to meet employment or academic requirements.

Psychological First Aid
- Psychological First Aid (PFA) is an evidence-informed approach aimed at helping people in the immediate aftermath of a crisis or traumatic event.Ā Its purpose is to provide support and stabilize emotions, enabling individuals to regain sense of control and safety.Ā Unlike traditional therapy, PFA is designed to be administered to anyone with basic trainingāsuch as first responders, community members or healthcare providersārather than only mental health professionals.

Suicide Awareness And Prevention
- A seminar on suicide awareness and preventions aims to raise awareness about suicide, reduce stigma, and equip participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize warning signs, offer support, and connect individuals in crisis with appropriate resources.Ā This type of seminar is beneficial for workplaces, schools, communities and any group looking to build a supportive environment that actively works to prevent suicide.

Mental Health In The Workplace
- A seminar on mental health in the workplace is designed to raise awareness, promote well-being, and provide employees and managers with strategies to foster a healthier, more supportive work environment.Ā It covers topics such as recognizing signs of mental health issues, reducing stigma and building resilience in the workplace.Ā This seminar also explains why mental health is critical to workplace productivity, morale and overall health.

On Managing Anxiety
- This aims to help individuals understand anxiety, recognize its impact and learn practical techniques for coping and managing symptoms.Ā The seminar may appeal to individuals experiencing anxiety, as well as those looking to support others in their personal or professional lives.

Stress Management Workshop
- A stress management workshop is designed to help individuals identify sources of stress, understand its effects, and develop effective coping strategies.Ā Such workshops provide participants with practical tools and techniques to manage stress in various areas of their lives, from personal relationships to the workplace.Ā By the end of the workshop, participants should feel empowered to manage stress more effectively, improve resilience, and create a more balanced approach to handling stress.Ā They will have practical skills that can be applied to real-life situations, increasing both personal and professional well-being.

Caring For Carers
- This seminar is designed to support individuals who provide care to others, whether professionally (e.g. healthcare workers, social workers and therapists) or informally such as family member caring for loved ones.Ā The goal of the seminar is to acknowledge the challenges faced by caregivers, offer tools to manage stress and avoid burnout, and provide strategies to ensure their own well-being while caring for others.
